I have been a wargamer since I bought the Airfix Guide to World War Two wargaming at the age of about 10 in the late 1970s on a trip to London (my father probably regretted pointing out the three guides in the bargain bin).
This lead me to game with friends and solo (and modify the rules as ever true wargamer does) and eventually to the local gaming club where I was also introduced to role playing games through Tunnels and Trolls.
I live on the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire border in the UK with a VERY patient partner and a VERY impatient cat.
My modern gaming is concentrated on Twilight 2000 for the role playing side, home produced rules for small skirmishes and Seven Days to the River Rhine for larger battles.
I also enjoy photography and all images on the site were taken by me unless noted otherwise.
